Fish House
A well-known favorite of our long-term customers. With recently remodeled bedrooms each equipped with their own bathroom and A/C, the Fish House comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. The large common living room with TV and DVD makes this a great option for families or larger groups — gather your group and a few cold beverages and enjoy the sunset over the bay from our roof-top terrace. The most convenient place to stay while fishing with The Fishermen’s Fleet, the Fish House is our base of operations and is located directly across from the water on the Malecon.
Hotel Perla
One of the most accessible hotels in the city, Hotel Perla is located right on the waterfront Malecon and is walking distance from most shops, restaurants and cultural landmarks. One of the oldest hotels in La Paz, it features a pool with bar service, an onsite open-air restaurant and meeting rooms, with friendly staff known for their great customer service.
Las Gaviotas Resort
This small resort sits just above the waterfront in an old neighborhood near downtown La Paz. Each of the 16 fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath apartments sleeps up to 6 people and features a view of the bay, with a full kitchen for cooking your own meals. Las Gaviotas is the only property in the area with a heated pool large enough to swim laps in, plus 24-hour front desk staff and daily maid service.
